I recently completed my doctoral studies in clinical psychology at the University of Virginia, and am currently completing a 1-year clinical psychology internship/residency at Brown University. My research on cognitive processes in anxiety and depression has been published in several well-regarded peer-reviewed academic journals, and I have extensive experience conducting evidence-based psychotherapy with anxious and depressed adults. I am also an Objectivist Academic Center graduate and a board member of STRIVE/The Undercurrent.
